Spunwell was established in year 2006 with the Vision of one man Rishi Parasrampuria and courage of Bhoopendra Nahar . Well supported by Sunit Parasrampuria and Devendra Garg in forming and standing the Company called SPUNWELL SYNTEX (P) LTD.

Spunwell started with 18 machines in the year 2006 and is now sitting on 70 looms. All this has happened in 6 years time, Spunwell has grown 4 times of its original.

All this has happened because of very clear thought process of Rishi Parasrampuria, as he always believed in use of latest technology. He proved by investing into, when no one believed him. He always wanted to make the best quality product and he did. His belief was again proved right as today his proud customers are leading companies with the likes of RAYMONDS, GRASIM, BSL and many more.

He was later joined by his younger brother Anirudh Parasrampuria with his expertise and command. He took over Production, HR and other small departments in no time and made his elder brother concentrate hard on marketing and new developments.

Today Spunwell is a brand in fabric manufacturing industry and it has been only possible because of Bhoopendra Nahar. He has been a major support system in the entire journey and has always guided his young entrepreneurs in right direction.
